Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final — no refunds.
You may exchange your purchase within fifteen days if it is accompanied by the original sales receipt and original Ryxen packaging.
Merchandise is eligible for exchange only if it has not been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and all original tags are intact.
Exchanges can be coordinated via email at customersupport@ryxen.com or by contacting our support team between ten in the morning and six in the evening, Monday to Saturday.
If a product’s price is reduced due to a sale or promotion, exchanges will only be made against the new discounted price.
Items that have been used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
Any claim for damaged merchandise must be made within three days of purchase, or within three days of delivery for online orders.
Please note, claims and exchanges may take up to three weeks to process.
No exchanges will be accepted during sale or promotional periods. Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
All accessories, including jewelry, bags, sunglasses, fragrances, belts, and other similar items, are not exchangeable.
