Order Processing
- Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order details before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines & Charges
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of Pakistan: Delivery to other regions takes 4 to 7 business days.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Enjoy Free Shipping on orders above PKR [6,000].
Order Tracking
- Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
- For COD orders, please pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
- Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the parcel. Do not accept open or damaged outer flyer packages.
Delayed Deliveries
- While we strive to meet standard delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. If your package is delayed, please reach out to us and we will assist you.
